The Foundation is principally a grant making charity and a schedule of donations made each year is included in the accounts.The Foundation also finances the provision of welfare support services. The Trustees meet on a regular basis to consider applications and make appropriations. Priority is given to local charities and also ex employees of the Pye group of companies
