(A) TO ESTABLISH A FUND TO FOUND AND MAINTAIN A MUSEUM IN BLANDFORD IN ANY SUCH PREMISES AS MAY BE CONSIDERED SUITABLE IN ORDER TO EXHIBIT TO THE PUBLIC ITEMS AND COLLECTIONS OF LOCAL AND NATIONAL INTEREST AND VALUE.(B) TO USE THE SAID PREMISES FOR SUCH OTHER CHARITABLE PURPOSES FOR THE BENEFIT OF THE INHABITANTS OF BLANDFORD FORUM AND THE SURROUNDING NEIGHBOURHOOD AS MAY BE CONSIDERED PROPER FROM TIME TO TIME.
