TO RELIEVE POVERTY AND SICKNESS AMONG PEOPLE WITH SEVERE PHYSICAL DISABILITIES PRIMARILY BY THE PROVISION OF GRANTS AND LOANS TO ADAPT THE HOME ENVIRONMENT OR ENABLING THE PROVISION OF SPECIFIC AIDS TO CATER FOR THEIR NEEDS TO ENABLE THEM TO LIVE AS NORMAL AND FULFILLED LIVES AS POSSIBLE.
