A RESIDENCE FOR AGED AND POOR PEOPLE PREFERENCE BEING GIVEN TO PERSONS WHOSE LIVES HAVE BEEN SPENT IN THE PARISH OR NEIGHBOURHOOD OF STONHAM ASPAL AND PARTICULARLY TO ANY SUCH PERSONS WHO HAVE GIVEN SOME SERVICE IN ADVANCING THE SOCIAL WELFARE OF THE PARISH OR NEIGHBOURHOOD.
