The Trustees decided that the Foundation should become incorporated so Sir Henry Royce Memorial Foundation Limited (Charity number 1128686) has been set up. An agreement dated 24 November 2011 transferred the activities and net assets to this new charity on 2 January 2012. Subsequent donations and legacies will also be transferred in accordance with the transfer agreement when received.
