TO HELP AND EDUCATE YOUNG PEOPLE THROUGH THEIR LEISURE TIME ACTIVITIES SO TO DEVOLOP THEIR PHYSICAL, MENTAL, MORAL AND SPIRITUAL CAPACITIES THAT THEY MAY GROW TO FULL MATURITY AS PERSONS AND MEMBERS OF SOCIETY AND THAT THEIR CONDITIONS OF LIFE MAY BE IMPROVED.
