TO ADVANCE THE EDUCATION OF THE CHILDREN AT THE SCHOOL BY PROVIDING AND ASSISTING IN THE PROVISION OF FACILITIES FOR EDUCATION AT THE SCHOOL (NOT NORMALLY PROVIDED BY THE LOCAL EDUCATION AUTHORITY) FOR THE BENEFIT OF THE PUPILS.
