TO FOSTER LONG RANGE RIFLE SHOOTING IN THE INTERESTS OF NATIONAL DEFENCE AND IN PARTICULAR TO ORGANISE THE ENGLISH TEAM IN ANY INTERNATIONAL MATCH SHOT WITH THE MATCH RIFLE.
