TO APPLY THE INCOME THEREOF AT SUCH TIME OR TIMES AS THEY SHALL IN THEIR ABSOLUTE DISCRETION THINK FIT FOR ALL OR ANY OF THE FOLLOWING OBJECTS, NAMELY THE ADVANCEMENT OF THE EDUCATION OF CHILDREN LIVING IN REIGATE IN THE COUNTY OF SURREY AND SURROUNDING AREAS IN THE KNOWLEDGE AND APPRECIATION OF CLASSICAL RELIGIOUS AND FOLK MUSIC AND THE INSTRUMENTAL PLAYING AND VOCAL AND CHORAL PERFORMANCE THEREOF.
