B) PROVIDING AT THE COMPLETE DISCRETION OF THE TRUSTEES IN THE INSTANCE AND LATER WHEN FORMED UNDER THE PROVISIONS OF THE DEED THE COMMITTEE ASSISTANCE TO MAKE A NEW OR AN IMPROVED LIFE FOR DISABLED PERSONS WHO BY REASONS OF THEIR DISABILITIES ARE RESTRICTED OR NEARLY SO TO A LIFE IN THEIR HOMES OR CAN IF ASSISTED COMMENCE OR RESUME A LIFE IN THEIR HOMES OR CAN IF ASSISTED COMMENCE OR RESUME A LIFE IN THEIR HOME ON DISCHARGE FROM A HOSPITAL OR OTHER INSTITUTION.
