A) PURCHASING HIRING AND/OR OPERATING A VEHICLE OR VEHICLES FOR TRANSPORTING AGED AND/OR DISABLED PERSONS WITHIN THE AREA OF BENEFIT. B) PROVIDING AT THE COMPLETE DISCRETION OF THE TRUSTEES IN THE INSTANCE AND LATER WHEN FORMED UNDER THE PROVISIONS OF THE DEED THE COMMITTEE ASSISTANCE TO MAKE A NEW OR AN IMPROVED LIFE FOR DISABLED PERSONS WHO BY REASONS OF THEIR DISABILITIES ARE RESTRICTED OR NEARLY SO TO A LIFE IN THEIR HOMES OR CAN IF ASSISTED COMMENCE OR RESUME A LIFE IN THEIR HOMES OR CAN IF ASSISTED COMMENCE OR RESUME A LIFE IN THEIR HOME ON DISCHARGE FROM A HOSPITAL OR OTHER INSTITUTION.
