IN PARTICULAR FOR THE PURPOSE OF PROVIDING RELIEF AND HELP FOR PERSONS WHO ARE SICK ILL AND OR ARE IN NEED OF MEDICAL ATTENTION AND HOSPITAL SERVICES.
