TO ADVANCE THE EDUCATION OF THE PUBLIC IN THE STUDY OF SILVER AND GOLD ARTICLES OF ALL PERIODS, PLACES AND KINDS, AND TO FURTHER PUBLIC KNOWLEDGE AND APPRECIATION OF THEM AND TO PROMOTE THE CONTINUATION OF THE CRAFT OF THE SILVERSMITH FOR THE PUBLIC BENEFIT.
