SUCH ONE OR MORE EXCLUSIVELY OF THE PARTNERS, EMPLOYEES, FORMER PARTNERS AND FORMER EMPLOYEES OF THE FIRM OF SLAUGHTER AND MAY OF 35 BASINGHALL STREET, LONDON AND OF THE SPOUSES, WIDOWS, WIDOWERS, CHILDREN AND OTHER DEPENDANTS OF SUCH PERSONS AT THE TRUSTEES SHALL IN THEIR ABSOLUTE DISCRETION SELECT AS BEING IN NEED OF FINANCIAL ASSISTANCE.
