Charitable objects
SUMS TO BE PAID OR APPLIED EITHER (A) TO SUCH ONE OR MORE PERSONS OR ORGANISATIONS REGISTERED WITH CHARITABLE STATUS AS THE DONOR MAY FROM TIME TO TIME DIRECT AND IF MORE THAN ONE IN SUCH PROPORTIONS AS THE DONOR MAY FROM TIME TO TIME DIRECT; OR (B) FOR SUCH PURPOSES AS ARE REGARDED AS LEGALLY CHARITABLE UNDER THE LAWS OF ENGLAND FOR THE TIME BEING IN FORCE AS THE DONOR MAY FROM TIME TO TIME DIRECT AND IF MORE THAN ONE IN SUCH PROPORTIONS AS THE DONOR MAY FROM TIME TO TIME DIRECT.
