FOR THE PREMISES COMPRISED IN THE LEASE DATED 24TH JANUARY 1952 AND ALL OTHER ASSETS HELD IN CONNECTION THEREWITH TO BE HELD UPON TRUST FOR THE USE OF THE INHABITANTS OF WOODBURY AND THE NEIGHBOURHOOD WITHOUT DISTINCION OF SEX OR OF POLITICAL, RELIGIOUS OR OTHER OPINIONS AND IN PARTICULAR FOR USE FOR MEETINGS, LECTURES, CLASSES AND FOR OTHER FORMS OF RECREATION AND LEISURE-TIME OCCUPATIONS WITH THE OBJECT OF IMPROVING THE CONDITIONS OF LIFE FOR THE SAID INHABITANTS.
