TO PROMOTE AND SUPPORT BY ALL AVAILABLE MEANS FOR THE PUBLIC BENEFIT RESEARCH AND INVESTIGATIONS INTO MENTAL HEALTH AND MENTAL ILLNESS INCLUDING SPECIFIC DISEASES OR CONDITIONS WITH PSYCHIATRIC ASPECTS AND THE CAUSES, MEANS OF PREVENTION, DIAGNOSIS, AND TREATMENT O SUCH DISEASES AND CONDITIONS AND IN PARTICULAR BUT WITHOUT PREJUDICE TO THE GENERALITY OF THE FOREGOING TO ACHIEVE THIS OBJECT IN CO-OPERATION WITH THE INSTITUTE OF PSYCHIATRY, THE BETHLEHEM ROYAL HOSPITAL AND THE MAUDSLEY HOSPITAL.
