The provision of an "Out of Hours" (7pm to 6am) rapid courier service for the transportation of blood, samples and any other items used for the medical or surgical treatment of patients for doctors, hospitals and laboratories free of charge; Attending various events to promote these activities, recruit new volunteers and raise funds to cover the operating costs of the charity.

THE RELIEF OF SICKNESS AND PROTECTION OF HEALTH IN FURTHERANCE THEROF BUT NOT OTHERWISE THE SERVICE SHALL HAVE THE FOLLOWING POWERS: (I) TO TRANSPORT BLOOD, SAMPLES AND OTHER ITEMS USED FOR THE MEDICAL OR SURGICAL TREATMENT OF PATIENTS FOR DOCTORS, HOSPITALS, LABORATIORIES AND CHEMISTS. (II) TO CO-OPERATE WITH THE EMERGENCY SERVICES.
