TO PROMOTE THE ADVANCEMENT OF THE RELIGION OF THE ORTHODOX JEWISH FAITH AND EDUCATION IN THE SAID FAITH INCLUDING BUT WITHOUT PREJUDICE TO THE GENERALITY OF THE FOREGOING THE PROVISION AND MAINTENANCE OF THE FACILITIES FOR THE STUDY THEREOF PROVIDED ALWAYS THAT THE TRUST FUND SHALL BEUSED OR PAID OR APPLIED EXCLUSIVELY FOR PURPOSES WHICH ARE RECOGNISED BY ENGLISH LAW AS CHARITABLE.
