TO ADVANCE EDUCATION AMONG YOUNG AUTHORS FOR THE PUBLIC BENEFIT IN PARTICULAR BUT WITHOUT PREJUDICE TO THE GENERALITY OF THE FOREGOING BY THE PROVISION OF PRIZES OR AWARDS TO YOUNG AUTHORS BELOW THE AGE OF 35 TO BE USED FOR THE PURPOSES OF EDUCATIONAL TRAVEL ABROAD TO INCREASE THEIR EXPERIENCE AND KNOWLEDGE FOR THEIR FUTURE LITERARY BENEFIT.
