Organisation and management of an annual festival of the arts in three sections, music,dance and speech & drama. The festival offers both competitive and non-competitive classes principally designed to encourage children and young people to perform, thus furthering their interest and education in the arts. In addition the festival may support a gala concert in which selected participants perform.
