Charitable objects
TO UNDERTAKE IMPROVEMENTS WHICH DO NOT COME WITHIN THE SCOPE OF FUNDS FOR MAINTENANCE OF THE FABRIC OF THE CHURCH; TO HELP, IF NECESSARY, WITH GRANTS TOWARDS OTHER ESSENTIAL WORK IN THE CHURCH OR CHURCHYARD WHICH, IN THE OPINION OF THE FRIENDS, COULD NOT OTHERWISE BE UNDERTAKEN, IN AGREEMENT WITH THE HAILEY CHURCH COMMITTEE AND THE PAROCHIAL CHURCH COUNCIL.
