TO EDUCATE RELIEVE AND ADVANCE IN LIFE CHILDREN AND YOUNG PERSONS OF THE JEWISH RELIGION UNDER THE AGE OF 25 YEARS AND TO ENABLE SUCH CHILDREN AND YOUNG PERSONS TO DEVELOP THEIR PHYSICAL MENTAL AND SPIRITUAL CAPACITIES THAT THEY MAY GROW TO FULL MATURITY AS MEMBERS OF SOCIETY AND THAT THEIR CONDITION OF LIFE MAY BE IMPROVED.
