THE CREATION AND AWARD OF SCHOLARSHIPS OR BURSARIES OR PRIZES FOR PUPILS OR PROSPECTIVE PUPILS OF BROCKHURST SCHOOL, MARLSTON HOUSE, NEAR HERMITAGE AFORESAID AND TO APPLY AS THE TRUSTEES IN THEIR ABSOLUTE DISCRETION SHALL THINK FIT THE INCOME AND CAPITAL IN THE PROVISION OF MATERIAL NEEDS AND FACILITIES FOR THE ADVANCEMENT OF EDUCATION
