(A) TO RELIEVE THROUGH THE PROVISION OF COUNSELLING, THOSE IN NEED WHO ARE EXPERIENCING EMOTIONAL DIFFICULTIES AND/OR WHO HAVE MENTAL HEALTH PROBLEMS. (B) TO TRAIN AND DEVELOP PERSONS IN COUNSELLING THROUGH HIGH QUALITY SUPERVISION, STAFF TRAINING AND SUPPORT.
