Charitable objects

A) TO PROVIDE GRANTS OF MONEY FOR THE ASSISTANCE OF MEMBERS OF THE FUND, OR THEIR WIDOWS OR ORPHANS, WHO ARE IN POVERTY OR DISTRESS, AND B) TO PROVIDE GRANTS AND INTEREST-FREE LOANS OF MONEY TO SUPPORT THE EDUCATION OF CHILDREN AT ANY OF THE CONSTITUENT SCHOOLS (OR AT ANY SCHOOL ASSOCIATED WITH CONSTITUENT SCHOOL) WHERE THEIR FAMILIES COULD NOT OTHERWISE AFFORD THIS, WITH BENEFICIARIES TO INCLUDE, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, MEMBERS OF THE FUND, OR THE CHILDREN OF LIVING OR DECEASED MEMBERS OF THE FUND. (C) TO GRANT BURSARIES AT CONSTITUENT SCHOOLS. ANY BURSARY SHALL BE ON THE RECOMMENDATION OF THE HEADMASTER FOR A BOY AT HIS SCHOOL WHO MUST BE A CHILD OR A LIVING OR DECEASED MEMBER OF THE FUND.
