Charitable objects
THE GOVERNORS SHALL APPLY THE YEARLY INCOME OF THE CHARITY IN MAKIN PAYMENTS TO THE MANAGER OF THE SCHOOL TO BE APPLIED BY THEM IN DISCHARGING THEIR OBLIGATIONS UNDER THE EDUCATION ACTS 1944 TO 1976 WITH RESPECT TO THE MAINTENANCE OF THE SCHOOL. (FOR FURTHER DETAILS SEE CLAUSE 24 OF THE SCHEME).
