TO ADVANCE THE CHRISTIAN RELIGION IN LOUTH AND DISTRICT IN THE COUNTY OF LINCOLNSHIRE BY DRAWING THE CHURCHES IN THAT AREA TOGETHER INTO GREATER UNDERSTANDING AND UNITY, ENABLING MEMBER CHURCHES TO SHARE MORE FULLY IN THE ECUMENICAL MOVEMENT, ENABLING MEMBER CHURCHES TO BEAR A MORE UNITED WITNESS IN THE COMMUNITY AND SERVE IT MORE EFFECTIVELY AND BY MAKING SUCH EXPRESSION OF THEIR COMMON FAITH AND DEVOTION AS MAY FROM TIME TO TIME BE FOUND DESIRABLE
