THE ADVANCEMENT OF EDUCATION OF YOUNG PERSONS IN NEED. THE SUMS SHALL BE APPLIED FOR THE ADVANCEMENT OF AND/OR PROMOTING EDUCATION, INCLUDING SOCIAL AND PHYSICAL TRAINING, OF YOUNG PEOPLE IN THE CITY OF NORWICH. THE CITY OF NORWICH IS DEFINED AS THE ELECTORAL AREA OF THE CITY AND THE CONTIGUOUS PARISHES OF OLD CATTON, SPROWSTON, THORPE ST ANDREW, TROWSE WITH NEWTON, CRINGLEFORD, COLNEY, COSTESSY, TAVERHAM, DRAYTON AND HELLSDON.
