Charitable objects
AFTER PAYMENT OF ANY EXPENSES OF ADMINISTRATION, THE NET INCOME OF THE FOUNDATION SHALL BE APPLIED BY THE TRUSTEES IN ANY OF THE FOLLOWING WAYS FOR THE BENEFIT OF PERSONS OF NOT MORE THAN 25 YEAR OF AGE WHO ARE IN NEED OF FINANCIAL ASSISTANCE AND WHO OR ETHER OF WHOSE PARENTS ARE RESIDENT OR WORK OR HAVE RESIDED OR WORKED AT ANY TIME FOR NOT LESS THAN THREE YEARS OR WHO ARE ATTENDING SCHOOLS OR OTHER EDUCATIONAL ESTABLISHMENTS IN THE AREA OF THE WARD OF BREAD STREET AND THE ADJOINING WARDS, IN THE CITY OF LONDON: A) THE AWARD OF SCHOLARSHIPS, BURSARIES OR MAINTENANCE ALLOWANCES TENABLE AT ANY SCHOOL, UNIVERSITY ETC. B) PROVISION OF FINANCIAL ASSISTANCE, OUTFITS, BOOKS ETC TO ENABLE BENEFICIARIES ON LEAVING SCHOOL TO ENTER INTO SOME TRADE OR PROFESSION. C) THE AWARD OF SCHOLARSHIPS OR MAINTENANCE ALLOWANCE TO ENABLE BENEFICIARIES TO TRAVEL ABROAD TO PURSUE THEIR EDUCATION. D) PROVISION OF FACILITIES FOR RECREATION FOR THOSE BENEFICIARIES WHO ARE RECEIVING PRIMARY, SECONDARY OR FURTHER EDUCATION. E) PROVISION OF FINANCIAL ASSISTANCE TOWARDS STUDY OF MUSIC OR OTHER ARTS. F) THE PROMOTION OF EDUCATION OF BENEFICIARIES.
