OR THEIR DEPENDANTS WHO ARE IN NEED (IV) THE PROVISION OF SCHOLARSHIPS FOR THE ENCOURAGEMENT OF YOUNG EMPLOYEES; (V) THE PURCHASE OF WORKS OF ART FOR THE BENEFIT OF THE PUBLIC.
