THE OBJECT OF THE CHARITY SHALL BE TO ADVANCE MUSICAL EDUCATION BY ESTABLISHING AN ANNUAL SCHOLARSHIP FOR STUDENTS OF THE HARP AND SPONSORING COMPETITIONS FOR STUDENTS OF THE TRIPLE HARP BEING IN MEMORY AND IN RECOGNITION OF THE SERVICES OF NANSI RICHARDS (TELYNORES MALDWYN) IN THE FIELD OF HARP MUSIC, WHERE FUNDS ARE AVAILABLE
