THE BENEFIT OF SUCH POOR AND NECESSITOUS EMPLOYEES OR OFFICERS (INCLUDING DIRECTOR) OR FORMER EMPLOYEES (INCLUDING DIRECTOR) OR OFFICERS OF CHRISTIES OR ANY COMPANY (WHEREVER INCORPORATED) WHICH IS A SUBSIDUARY OR ASSOCIATE COMPANY OF CHRISTIES AND THEIR FAMILIES AS THE TRUSTEES SHALL IN THEIR ABSOLUTE DISCRETION THINK FIT.
