THE TRUSTEES SHALL STAND POSSESSED OF THE TRUST FUND AND THE INCOME THEREOF UPON TRUST IN THEIR DISCRETION TO PAY OR APPLY THE SAME OR ANY PART OR PARTS THEREOF TO OR FOR THE LEGALLY CHARITABLE BODIES, INSTITUTIONS OR PURPOSES SPECIFIED IN THE THIRD SCHEDULE HERETO AND SUBJECT AS AFORESAID UPON TRUST FOR SUCH LEGALLY CHARITABLE PURPOSES AS THEY MAY IN THEIR ABSOLUTE DISCRETION DETERMINE.
