TO PROMOTE ANY CHARITABLE PURPOSE BY ENCOURAGING THE AFORESAID YOUNG PERSONS TO UNDERTAKE ALL FORMS OF VOLUNTARY CHARITABLE WORK WHILE TEMPORARILY RESIDENT ABROAD.
