FOR GENERAL CHARITABLE PURPOSES ONLY SAVE THAT NO FUNDS OF THE TRUST SHALL BE USED FOR ANY CAUSE HAVING ANY CONNECTION HOWEVER REMOTE WITH RELIGION POLITICS AND ANIMALS EXCEPT HOME SAPIENS. THE TRUSTEES WILL GIVE PREFERENTIAL CONSIDERATION TO CASES COMING WITHIN THE FOLLOWING CATEGORIES ALTHOUGH THIS DOES NOT PRECLUDE THE CONSIDERATION OF ASSISTANCE TO OTHER AREAS NOT SPECIFICALLY EXCLUDED ABOVE: (1) HUMANITIES PARTICULARLY MUSEUMS, (2) SCIENCES PARTICULARLY INDUSTRIAL ARCHEOLOGY ENGINEERING AND MECHANICS AND ESPECIALLY ANY AREAS HAVING A RAILWAY CONNECTION, (3) MEDICINE AND HEALTH PARTICULARLY RESEARCH INTO DIABETES, (4) ENVIRONMENTAL RESOURCES PARTICULARLY PRESERVATION OF BUILDINGS OF HISTORICAL INTEREST ESPECIALLY THOSE HAVING A RAILWAY CONNECTION THE COUNTRYSIDE AND WILD BIRD LIFE.
