Charitable objects
THE TRUSTEES SHALL HOLD THE CAPITAL AND INCOME OF THE TRUST FUND UPON TRUST TO APPLY THE INCOME AND ALL OR SUCH PARTS OF THE CAPITAL AS CHEY SHALL THINK FIT: A. TO RELIEVE ELDERLY PEOPLE FROM THE DISABILITIES ATTENDANT UPON THEIR AGE BY PROVIDING FOR THEIR NEEDS AND NURSING CARE AND BY SUCH OTHER MEANS AS THE TRUSTEES THINK FIT. B. TO PROMOTE GENERALLY SUCH CHARITABLE PURPOSES INSTITUTION OR INSTITUTIONS HAVING FOR THEIR OBJECT THE CARE AND WELFARE OF ELDERLY PEOPLE.
