UPON TRUST FOR PAY OR APPLY THE WHOLE OR ANY PART OF THE ACCUMULATED INCOME OF THE TRUST FUND AND ALSO SO MUCH OF THE CAPITAL OF THE TRUST FUND AS THE SETTLOR MAY DETERMINE FROM TIME TO TIME BY NOTICE IN WRITING AND/OR TO SUCH CHARITABLE PURPOSES AND IN SUCH PROPORTIONS AND IN SUCH MANNER AND SUBJECT TO SUCH TERMS AND CONDITIONS AT THE SETTLOR MAY FROM TIME TO TIME LIKE NOTICE DIRECT.
