The Charity allocates grants for: - the provision of land & buildings to be settled upon trust for use as a public library, public museum or similar charitable purpose, or the maintenance of any such institution; and/or - the promotion of education in the form of music, drama & the fine arts. The Scheme is for the benefit of the inhabitants of Walton-on-Thames, Surrey & neighbourhood thereof.
