THE TRUSTEES SHALL HOLD THE TRUST FUND AND ITS INCOME UPON TRUST TO APPLY THEM FOR THE RELIEF AND WELFARE OF INDIVIDUALS RESIDENT IN THE AREA OF BENEFIT AND WHO ARE PHYSICALLY OR MENTALLY DISABLED, BY ANY MEANS CONSIDERED CHARITABLE AT LAW. PARTICULAR EMPHASIS IS TO BE GIVEN TO ADULTS WITH LEARNING DISABILITIES. THE AREA OF BENEFIT SHALL MEAN ENGLAND AND WALES
