Charitable objects

THE TRUSTEES HEREBY DECLARE THAT THE SAID SUM AND ALL OTHER SUBSCRIPTIONS DONATIONS AND FUNDS AND PROPERTY RECEIVED FOR THE PURPOSES OF THE TRUST SHALL BE HELD BY THEM UPON TRUST FOR THE ADVANCEMENT OF THE JEWISH EDUCATION IN PARTICULAR THROUGH THE PROVISION OF EDUCATIONAL RESOURCES IN ALL ASPECTS OF JEWISH LIFE INCLUDING ITS RELIGION, HISTORY, ASPIRATIONS AND CULTURE AND FOR ANY OTHER PURPOSES WHICH ARE BOTH CHARITABLE AND BENEFICIAL TO PERSONS PRACTISING OR ADHERING TO JUDAISM IN THE CITY OF LEEDS AND ITS NEIGHBOURING AREAS.
