Charitable objects
THE COMPANY IS ESTABLISHED TO ALLEVIATE HARDSHIP AND DISTRESS CAUSED BY THE BREAK-UP OF MARRIAGE AND FAMILY AND TO PRESERVE AND PROTECT THE PHYSICAL AND MENTAL HEALTH OF ADULTS AND CHILDREN INVOLVED THEREIN BY THE PROVISION OF A MEDIATION SERVICE TO FACILITATE THE SETTLEMENT OF DIFFERENCES OVER RESIDENCE AND CONTACT ARRANGEMENTS FOR CHILDREN AND FINANCIAL AND PROPERTY MATTERS.
