TO EMPOWER SCHOOL GOVERNORS, PARENTS AND MEMBERS OF THE COMMUNITY TO INFLUENCE EDUCATIONAL AND SOCIAL POLICIES AT LOCAL, REGIONAL, NATIONAL LEVELS
TO PROMOTE EDUCATION AND LEARNING AMONGST PARENTS, SCHOOL GOVERNORS, PUPILS AND MEMBERS OF THE COMMUNITY
