OF WHICH SUCH CHILDREN AND YOUNG PEOPLE HAVE NEED BY REASON OF THEIR YOUTH AND SOCIAL ECONOMIC CIRCUMSTANCES, AND 2. WHICH WILL IMPROVE THE CONDITION OF LIFE FOR SUCH CHILDREN AND YOUNG PEOPLE BY PROMOTING THEIR PHYSICAL, MENTAL AND SPIRITUAL WELL-BEING. B) THE ADVANCEMENT OF EDUCATION & TRAINING FOR THE PUBLIC BENEFIT BY THE PROVISION OF SUPPORT AND ADVICE TO CHILDREN, YOUNG PEOPLE AND ADULTS IN SUCH WAYS AS TRUSTEES SHALL FROM TIME TO TIME DETERMINE.
