TO ENHANCE THE DEVELOPMENT AND EDUCATION OF CHILDREN UNDER STATUTORY SCHOOL AGE BY: (A) OFFERING APPROPRIATE PLAY FACILITIES AND LEARNING OPPORTUNITIES, FOR ALL CHILDREN IN OUR CARE, REGARDLESS OF RACE, CULTURE, RELIGION OR MEANS, TO ENSURE THAT THEY ACHIEVE THEIR FULL POTENTIAL. (B) PROVIDING OPPORTUNITIES FOR PARENTS TO BE INVOLVED IN THE ACTIVITIES OF THE GROUP.
