THE CHARITY IS ESTABLISHED TO ADVANCE THE EDUCATION, INCLUDING THE PHYSICAL DEVELOPMENT, OF CHILDREN (IN PARTICULAR OF BENGALI ORIGIN) IN THE LONDON BOROUGH OF TOWER HAMLETS AND HACKNEY.
