THE OBJECTS FOR WHICH THE HOME IS ESTABLISHED SHALL BE (A) TO PREVENT AND ALLEVIATE THE SUFFERING OF AND CRUELTY TO ANIMALS (WHETHER IN THE UNITED KINGDOM OR ELSEWHERE) IN SUCH MANNER BEING CHARITABLE AS THE TRUSTEES SHALL FROM TIME TO TIME THINK FIT; AND TO (B) ADVANCE FURTHER THE EDUCATION OF THE PUBLIC CONCERNING THE CARE AND TREATMENT OF ANIMALS.
