TO FURTHER ANY CHARITABLE PURPOSE FOR THE BENEFIT OF THE INHABITANTS OF THE AREA OF BENTLEY, INCLUDING THE ADVANCEMENT OF EDUCATION, THE PROMOTION OF GOOD CITIZENSHIP AND THE PROMOTION OF ANY OTHER CHARITABLE PURPOSE WHICH WILL DEVELOP THE CAPACITY AND SKILLS OF THE INHABITANTS OF BENTLEY IN SUCH A WAY THAT THEY ARE BETTER ABLE TO IDENTIFY AND HELP MEET THEIR NEEDS AND TO PARTICIPATE MORE FULLY IN SOCIETY
