Charitable objects
(A) FOR ANY CHARITABLE PURPOSE FOR THE BENEFIT OF THE INHABITANTS OF THE BOROUGH AND (B) WITHOUT LIMITING THE POWERS OF THE TRUSTEES IN RELATION TO THE OBJECT SET OUT IN PARAGRAPH (A) ABOVE
(1) TO ASSIST PEOPLE IN THE BOROUGH WHO ARE IN NEED AND ESPECIALLY YOUNG PEOPLE WHO ARE IN NEED, AND (11) TO PROVIDE RELIEF FOR THE VICTIMS OF NATURAL OR MAN-MADE DISASTERS IN THE BOROUGH
