TO ADVANCE THE EDUCATION OF YOUNG PEOPLE UNDER THE AGE OF 25 ESPECIALLY BUT NOT EXCLUSIVELY THROUGH THEIR LEISURE TIME ACTIVITIES SO AS TO DEVELOP THEIR PHYSICAL, MENTAL AND SPIRITUAL CAPACITIES IN ORDER TO ASSIST IN ACHIEVING THEIR FULL POTENTIAL AND IMPROVING THEIR CONDITIONS OF LIFE WITHIN THE COMMUNITY
